These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions made with jdktrades (“we”, “us”, “our”), through our website. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

1. Scope of Application

1.1. These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between jdktrades and you, whether you are a consumer or a business purchasing physical goods via our website.

1.2. Any specific terms related to promotional campaigns or gift voucher purchases will apply in conjunction with these general Terms.

2. Formation of the Contract

2.1. The products displayed on our website constitute a non-binding invitation for you to make an offer to purchase.

2.2. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the selected items.

2.3. We may accept your order within five (5) working days by sending an order confirmation email or initiating the processing of your payment. The contract is formed at the moment of our acceptance.

3. Your Right to Cancel / Withdrawal (UK & EU Consumers)

3.1. General Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

3.2. Extended Policy: jdktrades provides an extended 60-day return window for unused and unopened products, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.3. How to Exercise Withdrawal: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., an email to help@jdktrades.shop).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1. All prices displayed include applicable VAT. Shipping is FREE for all orders within the United Kingdom.

4.2. We accept various payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by third-party processors.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

5.1. Physical Delivery: All products are physical goods delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

5.2. Fulfillment Time: Handling time is 1-2 Business Days. Transit time is 3-4 Business Days.

5.3. Delivery Restrictions: We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

5.4. Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.

6. Rights of Use – Physical Products

6.1. Ownership: Upon complete and successful payment and delivery, ownership of the physical product is transferred to you.

6.2. Restrictions: Any unauthorized commercial resale of products purchased from jdktrades without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Warranty and Consumer Rights

7.1. UK Consumers: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

7.2. Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.

8. Retention of Title

8.1. Ownership of the items remains with jdktrades until full and cleared payment is received.

9. Campaign Vouchers

9.1. Campaign vouchers are promotional, non-transferable, and must be used within their specified validity period. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Gift Vouchers

10.1. Gift vouchers are redeemable for eligible goods on our website. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. General: Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11.2. Exclusions: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data resulting from the use of our products.

11.3. Non-Excludable Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Applicable Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2. Mandatory Protection: This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

13. Jurisdiction

13.1. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13.2. Consumer Exceptions: This does not apply to consumers entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts under mandatory local laws.

14. Code of Conduct

14.1. We strive to maintain high standards of service and comply with all applicable UK retail quality standards and consumer protection regulations.

15. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

15.1. If we are unable to resolve a dispute internally, UK and EU consumers may refer the dispute to an ADR entity or use the European Commission’s ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
